The Transformational Pathway is the standards-based educational pathway approved participants enter or continue through, with certification and/or licensing opportunities depending on track, readiness, completion, review, and PTU's applicable standards.
Ripple Timeline
Every participant’s journey is different. Timelines vary based on application review, support availability, enrollment timing, participant readiness, completion pace, review requirements, and PTU’s applicable standards.
Month 1
A qualifying PTU Shop purchase is made, helping build the support pool.
Month 2
An approved Fast Track applicant with demonstrated financial need is identified from the support waitlist and enrolled as support becomes available.
Month 3
As early as the end of a full month of enrollment, a participant who completes the required work and meets PTU’s applicable standards may be eligible for certification, licensing, or both.
Months 4–6
A certified and/or licensed participant begins carrying transformational work into their personal, professional, and/or spiritual spheres of life.
Month 12+
The ripple compounds as supported participants carry their formation forward. Over time, their work can shape leaders, practitioners, families, teams, communities, and organizations.

That participant can carry transformational work into their family, workplace, community, place of worship or faith, organization, practice, leadership role, or another sphere of life.

Applicant Support
Approved Fast Track applicants with demonstrated financial need may receive pathway support as funds become available.
Pathway Participation
Supported participants begin or continue through the Transformational Pathway.
Certification and/or Licensing
Participants who meet PTU's applicable standards may continue toward certification and/or licensing.
