VAT REGISTRATION STATUS

Peak Transformation University, LLC is not currently registered for VAT in the European Union. No EU VAT registration number has been issued to the company.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE STORE

Peak Transformation University, LLC is the merchant and seller responsible for PTU Shop, its products, customer service, order administration, and store policies.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform supporting the Store but is not the seller of PTU Shop products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise identified, the PTU Shop website, PTU Shop branding, Peak Transformation University™ branding, written content, product designs, names, slogans, logos, crests, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Peak Transformation University, LLC.

Third-party names, trademarks, services, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing displayed through PTU Shop grants permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or otherwise use protected materials without prior written authorization.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Neither the Seattle public business address nor the Spokane registered office is an authorized product-return address.

Do not mail products to either address unless PTU Shop has first provided written return instructions.
